1. You cant frog kick in force fins.
Well this statement is simply not true! There are several diffent types of force fin, some of which are less suited to frog kicking but the common garden variety of force fin that you see every day know as the pro is very eay to frog kick in but it is a slightly different techninque and style to achive the same stroke.
